Job Description:

Mechanical Design Engineer_ Power Module

Job Summary: This role is dedicated to resolving critical mechanical structure challenges associated with high-power-density power modules. The successful candidate will have a strong background in structural design, manufacturing technology, material selection, and problem-solving, with a particular emphasis on thermal design experience being highly desirable. Key responsibilities will include mechanical design, mechanical simulation analysis, and providing process guidance for power module products.

本岗位专注于解决高功率密度电源模块在机械结构方面的关键挑战。要求具备结构设计、制造技术、材料选型以及工程问题解决能力，尤其有热设计经验者优先考虑。主要职责包括为电源模块产品进行机械设计、机械仿真分析以及提供工艺指导等。

Essential Functions工作职责:

1. Accountable for the design of mechanical structures for high-power-density power modules, encompassing 3D and 2D CAD modeling, as well as tolerance analysis and design; 负责高功率密度电源模块的机械结构设计，包括3D、2D图纸，公差设计;

2. Provides recommendations on manufacturing processes and materials for associated mechanical components; 负责相关机械结构的工艺推荐、材料推荐;

3. Performs mechanical simulations and works closely with thermal design engineers to optimize thermal management solutions; 机械仿真，配合热设计工程师进行散热优化;

4. Establishes and maintains mechanical design standards and guidelines. 建立机械设计规范。

Qualifications岗位要求:

1. A Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, or an equivalent qualification + 3 year of relevant work experience in power modules; 应具备机械工程学硕士及等效学历, 3年以上电源模块相关工作经验;

2. Mechanical design capability; 机械结构设计能力与经验;

3. Related simulation software and molding software; 熟练使用相关仿真软件和建模软件;

4. Agile thinking with the capability to think outside the box and propose flexible, diverse solutions; 思维活跃，能提出灵活多样的解决方案;

5. Excellent communication, writing and presentation skills. 良好的沟通, 撰写及做报告的能力.
