Dentistry at the Ten is seeking a warm, well-spoken Front Office Assistant to join our team and be the face of our practice in Eugene, OR! As the initial point of contact, you will have the chance to create positive patient experiences by welcoming our guests and making them your top priority. Qualifications
- 2+ years of prior hands-on dental front office experience is highly preferred
- Prior experience verifying insurance eligibility, handling multiple phone lines, and filling the schedule is preferred
- Knowledge of Eaglesoft software is a plus
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
