## What you’ll do:
Conduct field work such as: commissioning, system configuration, upgrade, service, repair and installation at customer sites.
Able to Identify and resolve technical issues promptly, including hardware malfunctions, software errors, and network connectivity problems.
Able to resolve similar and varied problems which require some fact finding, clarification, and basic analysis. Most solutions will be found within normal operating processes and policies. Requires basic problem-solving techniques to define problems and identify solutions."
A. Conduct field work such as: commissioning, service, upgrade, system configuration, repair and installation at customer sites.
B. Configure devices and troubleshoot IP Network.
C. Provide remote support to customers via online tools.
D. Work with all levels of customers with varying degrees of technical expertise.
E. Conduct system maintenance course to our clients.
F. Provide solutions and active participate in aftermarket.
G. Provide recommendations regarding CCTV solutions to product line manager, based on feedback from agents and customers views.
H. Report non-conformance.
I. Develop methods and best practices for delivering outstanding service.
J. Establish and maintain current and potential client relationships. Able to communicate with clients or shipowners on-site and to handle commissioning, service or upgrading works on its own.
K. Able to perform in-house repairs on all related CCTV and company products.
## Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree (three-year degree preferred), or equivalent technical experience.
- Willing to work in challenging oil and gas environments, including offshore platforms, onshore oil and gas plants, semi-submersible rigs, jack-up rigs, LNG vessels, FPSOs, and FSOs.
- Physically fit and able to carry equipment and tools while ascending or descending vessels and rigs.
- Experience with CCTV systems is preferred.
- Knowledge of IP networking, including configuration, troubleshooting, and system operation.
- Experience supporting international customers and willingness to travel globally is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills, with the ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact effectively with clients and collaborate across teams.
- Good presentation, documentation, and report-writing skills.
