Project Role Description : Leads a team of quality engineers through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Applies business and functional knowledge to develop end-to-end testing strategies through the use of quality processes and methodologies. Applies testing methodologies, principles and processes to define and implement key metrics to manage and assess the testing process including test execution and defect resolution.

Summary:
As a Quality Engineering Lead, your day involves guiding a team of quality engineers by coordinating across various disciplines to ensure seamless integration within the project ecosystem. You focus on accelerating delivery timelines while maintaining high standards of quality throughout the application lifecycle. Your role includes strategic planning and collaboration with multiple stakeholders to align quality objectives with business goals. You oversee the implementation of comprehensive testing strategies and continuously monitor progress to ensure that project milestones are met efficiently and effectively.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Lead and mentor junior team members to foster professional growth and skill development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality standards are integrated into all phases of the development lifecycle.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance testing processes and overall product quality.
- Monitor and report on key quality metrics to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accountability.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Dassault Systemes ENOVIA V5.
- Strong knowledge of quality engineering principles and testing methodologies.
- Experience in developing and implementing end-to-end testing strategies.
- Ability to define and track key performance indicators related to test execution and defect management.
- Familiarity with tools and techniques for defect tracking and resolution.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering high-quality software products.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Dassault Systemes ENOVIA V5.
- This position is based at our PDC3C - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
