Job Responsibilities
- Manage plant administration, employee services, and workplace support activities.
- Coordinate procurement of MRO materials, consumables, and office supplies through SAP and DocuSign.
- Support budgeting, expense tracking, cost control, and financial administration processes.
- Maintain asset records, inventory controls, and compliance with company policies.
- Prepare KPI reports, operational dashboards, and management presentations.
- Provide cross-functional administrative support, coordinate special projects, and support plant leadership initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Finance, Industrial Management, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in administration, business operations, procurement, finance support, or manufacturing operations.
- Proficiency in SAP, Microsoft Office, and business reporting tools.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
