Quality Assurance Coordinator for Residential Services
$58,000.00 - $62,000.00 per year
We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Assurance Coordinator to develop and oversee systems to ensure compliance with all the state and federal regulatory requirements for our group homes and apartments Residential Services program.

A Day in the Life of the Quality Assurance Coordinator:
Our Quality Assurance Coordinator (QA) is one of the main point of contacts for STAR, Inc., with regulatory agencies to make sure STAR, Inc., is compliant and providing the necessary oversight to our participants. Our QA Coordinator will be preparing for audits, developing policies and procedures, overseeing safety issues as they arise, submitting reporting data to various agencies all while ensuring our staff are following the proper quality standards for our participants. Our QA Coordinator is working with our residential director and group home managers to ensure our properties meet the requirements set out by the Department of Developmental Services (DDS) and other regulatory agencies.
This job requires a lot of attention to detail, a working knowledge of DDS and a history of supervision in a similar setting. Our QA coordinator is doing vital and important work to guarantee the proper procedures are being followed at STAR residential propertieis so our hands on staff can focus on making every day for our residents something meaningful.
Qualifications for the Job:
- Bachelor's degree
- Supervisory experience in a residential or related setting.
- Previous experience with the Department of Developmental Services preferred.
- Strong multitasker
- Compassion and ability to see the potential in everyone
- Positivity and a team-player attitude
Schedule:
