Role Summary
We’re looking for an Associate to support global mobility operations, immigration processes, client coordination, and shared services activities. The role involves working with internal teams, external vendors, and clients to help deliver accurate, timely, and compliant mobility support.
### Key Responsibilities
- Support global mobility and immigration case coordination for employees and clients.
- Collect, review, and track required documents for immigration and relocation processes.
- Coordinate with clients, employees, internal teams, and external service providers.
- Maintain accurate case records, trackers, and status updates.
- Support shared services activities such as data entry, reporting, document management, and process administration.
- Monitor deadlines, follow up on pending items, and escalate issues when needed.
- Assist with preparing client updates, dashboards, and operational reports.
- Ensure work is completed in line with service standards, compliance requirements, and data privacy guidelines.
- Identify process gaps and support continuous improvement initiatives.
### Skills & Experience
- Experience or interest in global mobility, immigration, HR operations, or client services.
- Strong coordination, follow-up, and organizational skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy.
- Comfortable working with Excel, trackers, case management tools, and shared service platforms.
- Ability to work with cross-functional and multicultural teams.
### Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 2-3 years of experience in global mobility, immigration, HR shared services, client coordination, or operations preferred.
