As one of our Grade 15 KM content delivery managers, you’ll lead a team of associate content strategists who create and maintain engaging, accurate content that enhances our knowledge management efforts for USRM audiences.
What you’ll do:
- Develop and maintain operational standards that optimize our organizational effectiveness within KM and across our KDS partnerships.
- Ensure knowledge resources are accessible, relevant, and useful through oversight, coaching, and development of your team.
- Manage capacity and productivity to support KM goals.
- Assess and enhance our stakeholder engagement to ensure efficiency, effectiveness, and stakeholder satisfaction.
- Foster a high-performing and inclusive environment, recognize talent, and encourage accountability.

Qualifications
- Bachelor`s degree preferably in Communications, Information Management or related field or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of relevant and progressively more responsibility in content delivery
- 1+ years successfully managing a team
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and project planning skills
- Ability to plan/organize/delegate work; communicate effectively; analyze and solve problems; give constructive feedback and recognition; create alignment and adapt
- Demonstrates solid business acumen and user-centric thinking
