Description
The international technology company Ajax Systems opens a full-cycle production facility in Türkiye. Ajax Systems is the largest developer and manufacturer of security systems in Europe. The back office, R&D department, and two full-cycle production facilities are located in Ukraine. Location: Istanbul, DESBAS(Tuzla)
Job Responsibilities:

Prepare and update technological documentation (instructions, assembly schemes, route maps, quality standards),

Support the development of production processes, equipment, and automation tools,
-
Define and create technical requirements for devices, equipment, and special tools,
-
Calculate material and energy consumption standards, and analyze process efficiency,
-
Ensure continuous improvement of production processes, and actively participate in projects to enhance quality and productivity.

Implement Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and Kaizen practices on the production floor

Develop and lead cost-saving projects focused on continuous improvement

Analyze and improve production processes to enhance overall efficiency

Conduct line balancing studies to optimize production flow

Perform productivity analyses and propose actions to increase production effectiveness

Provide training to production staff on technical knowledge, processes, and improvement methods
Qualifications:
-
Bachelor’s degree in a industrial engineering field,
-
Minimum 3 years of experience in production processes (preferably in the electronics manufacturing sector),
-
Experience in preparing technical documentation, process analysis, and optimization,
-
Knowledge of automation and mechanization systems,
-
Knowledge and hands-on experience in lean manufacturing principles,
-
Good command of English (written and verbal),
-
Strong analytical thinking, teamwork-oriented, and result-driven.
