Senior Test/Systems Engineer

As a Senior Test/Systems Engineer you will support development, integration, and testing of air vehicles. Other Job duties include: Develops and reviews documentation for system safety review boards. Reviews specifications, designs, and technical data related to air vehicles, control surfaces, control laws, propulsion systems, and stores. Edits and review detailed test plans and review test results from system testing. Reviews technical requirements, designs, and implementations of aircraft subsystems. Coordinates with aircraft and payload developers, test personnel, and safety boards on areas related to system testing to ensure successful delivery of capabilities. Reviews technical packages to support verification of requirements Required Experience: 15+ years' experience of relevant Department of War program experience Minimum 2 years’ experience in SAP and/or SCI environment, with at least 1 year within the last 5 years Ability to work on high-visibility, mission-critical aspects of a program and perform all functional duties independently Ability to communicate both orally and in writing concisely and with technical accuracy Ability to translate complex ideas and data into simple, actionable recommendations or easily differentiated courses of action Education Requirements: Master’s Degree in a Engineering discipline or relevant field  Clearance Requirements: Active TS/SCI The pay range for this position is $160,000/year to $220,000/year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on established government contract ranges, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, and other factors.
