Join us in pioneering breakthroughs in healthcare. For everyone. Everywhere. Sustainably.
Our inspiring and caring environment forms a global community that celebrates diversity and individuality. We encourage you to step beyond your comfort zone, offering resources and flexibility to foster your professional and personal growth, all while valuing your unique contributions.
Lead the delivery of innovations that advance cancer treatment
Every successful product launch can improve how cancer care is delivered. As Senior Manager, New Product Introduction (NPI) Project Management Office (PMO), you will lead the global team, portfolio, and operating discipline that translate complex treatment-delivery innovations into reliable, scalable products. Your leadership will help ensure life-changing technologies reach patients with speed, quality, and reliability. This is an exciting opportunity to shape how innovation moves from development to commercialization while building organizational capability, driving operational excellence, and leading a high-performing global project management team.
The Opportunity
You will lead a global team of NPI Project and Program Managers and provide strategic oversight of a portfolio of complex treatment-delivery programs. You will shape how Supply Chain and Manufacturing requirements, risks, dependencies, readiness, and business value are integrated from early development through industrialization, launch, and lifecycle transition.
This role combines people leadership, portfolio governance, and hands-on execution. You will translate business priorities into credible plans, make trade-offs visible, strengthen decision quality, and establish the operating cadence needed to deliver multiple programs with speed and discipline.
Working across Product Management, Engineering, Quality, Regulatory, Service, Commercial, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing, you will influence outcomes at senior levels, resolve cross-functional barriers, and ensure launch decisions are grounded in evidence and operational readiness.
What You Will Do
- Lead, coach, and develop a global NPI project and program management team.
- Build scalable PM capability, talent pipelines, succession, and continuous improvement.
- Set NPI PMO strategy, governance, standards, expectations, and execution discipline.
- Own portfolio priorities, capacity, resources, and delivery performance.
- Embed Supply Chain and Manufacturing needs, risks, and readiness in decisions.
- Challenge assumptions and lead evidence-based trade-offs across scope, cost, value, quality, capacity, and schedule.
- Provide executive-level visibility into program status, risks, dependencies, and milestones.
- Resolve cross-functional dependencies and resource constraints.
- Use data, analytics, and AI to improve decisions and portfolio performance.
What You Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Project Management, or a related field.
- 8+ years of project, program, or portfolio management experience.
- 4+ years of people leadership experience managing PMO functions and global teams.
- Must have Medical Device industry experience.
- Significant experience leading New Product Introduction programs and portfolios.
- Strong knowledge of product development, industrialization, supply chain, manufacturing, and commercialization.
- Sound judgement to navigate ambiguity, surface risks early, and influence without authority.
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in healthcare, diagnostics, life sciences, medical devices, or other regulated industries preferred.
Why Join Us?
This is more than a PMO leadership role. It is an opportunity to shape how advanced cancer-treatment technologies move from development into dependable clinical use.
You will lead a global team delivering treatment-delivery innovations that help care teams treat patients safely, precisely, and efficiently while building the governance and organizational capability required for sustained performance.
If you are an accomplished leader who develops people, brings clarity to complexity, and turns strategy into dependable execution, we invite you to help shape the future of cancer care.
