Description
Our client operates 2 boutique resorts in Indonesia, with a combined inventory of 20+ rooms, offering a unique guest experience with a strong focus on personalized service, lifestyle, sustainability, and leisure.
This role will be reporting directly to the Expat Owner.
Note that these stunning resorts are located in a magnificent, but remote location.
For this position, both Expats and Indonesian Nationals are being considered.
Profile
• Strong resort operations experience in luxury, boutique, lifestyle or leisure resort
• Indonesia experience is a must
• Strong understanding of overall resort operations and business management
• Strong financial and commercial management skills with proven P&L responsibility
• Proven ability to drive revenue, profitability and overall business performance
• Strong guest focused mindset with a passion for service excellence
• Excellent leadership, people management and team building skills
• Strong strategic planning and business development skills
• Entrepreneurial and innovative mindset
• Proactive and highly motivated
• Approachable, confident and engaging personality
• Strong understanding of local culture and ability to manage teams
• Results oriented with strong ownership and accountability
