As a Security Officer Full Time Lobby Reception Services in Los Angeles, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As a Front Desk Security Professional at a commercial real estate location, you will serve as a welcoming, professional presence for tenants, visitors, and employees. You will manage access, monitor security-related activity, respond to inquiries, and communicate clearly to help support a secure environment. - Provide exceptional customer service to tenants, visitors, and employees at a commercial real estate front desk by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and policies.
- Greet visitors, verify identification and authorization, maintain visitor logs, and issue access credentials in accordance with established procedures.
- Monitor access points, cameras, alarms, and other security-related systems from the front desk, reporting unusual activity or concerns to appropriate personnel.
- Respond to incidents, tenant requests, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following emergency response procedures when appropriate.
- Assist with reception-related duties, including answering phones, directing visitors, receiving deliveries, and communicating with building management and Allied Universal leadership.
Minimum Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred.
- Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
