  • Develop executive-level future operations presentations, readiness reports, and other decision-support products using inputs and products from subordinate G-35 branches.
  • Record, prepare, and disseminate meeting minutes and other Directorate records in accordance with leadership direction.
  • Review and edit branch-level products for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with established Directorate, Marine Corps, and Combatant Command standards.
  • Manage Directorate meeting requirements, including conference room scheduling, online meeting invitations, master calendars, Secure Video Teleconferences (SVTCs) at appropriate classification levels, and Microsoft Teams meetings.
  • Maintain Directorate workflow products, records, calendars, and information management processes to support continuity of daily operations.
  • Safeguard sensitive and classified information and exercise appropriate judgment when handling confidential discussions and Directorate materials in accordance with Department of War policies and procedures.
  • Represent the G-35 Directorate with professionalism, tact, discretion, and sound judgment when coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.

Required Qualifications:

  • Active TS/SCI clearance.
  • 20+ years of military service in operational positions.
  • Military service at the O-4/O-5 commissioned officer, E-7/E-9 enlisted, or W-1/W-3 warrant officer level.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience supporting Marine Corps, Combatant Command, or other Department of War operational organizations.
  • Experience developing executive-level decision-support products, presentations, readiness reports, or operational planning products.
  • Experience coordinating senior leader battle rhythms, staff actions, operational planning teams, and cross-organizational working groups.
  • Experience managing classified information and coordinating meetings or video teleconferences across multiple classification levels.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to review, synthesize, and present information for general and flag officers.
  • Demonstrated discretion, tact, professionalism, and sound judgment when supporting senior military and civilian leaders.
  • Familiarity with emerging artificial intelligence-enabled systems and the ability to learn and incorporate new technology into daily operations.
