Location: Eastwood, Quezon City
Work Setup: Hybrid, onsite 2-3 times per week
Schedule: Full-time, 7PM-4AM or 8PM-5AM

What You’ll Do:
🎯Set the Goal and Raise the Bar
- Drive performance management (goal-setting, reviews, calibration, documentation, and PIPs)
- Help managers set clear expectations and have better performance conversations.
- Coach employees and leaders on feedback, accountability, development, and growth.
🤝Talk People Through It
- Provide hands-on HRBP and employee-relations support.
- Explain HR processes in a way people actually understand.
- Handle difficult conversations with confidence, empathy, and a positive frame.
- Know when to push, when to listen, and when to escalate.
📊Turn Data Into Action
- Maintain accurate voluntary and involuntary attrition records and exit classifications.
- Own and regularly update the attrition tracker across key fields.
- Analyze turnover trends, exit feedback, high-risk populations, and potential retention drivers.
- Prepare recurring HR reports and basic dashboards covering attrition, headcount movement, performance-cycle completion, and other agreed HR metrics.
- Translate data into leader-ready insights, highlighting trends, possible root causes, and recommended actions.
- Support exit interviews, exit surveys, employee listening activities, and tracking of retention interventions over time.
- Preferably has an HR Generalist / HRBP-type experience with exposure to different HR facets
- Is experienced in goal-setting and/or performance management
- Is a strong communicator who loves explaining and influencing others, assertive, approachable, positive, and is comfortable coaching people and handling difficult conversations
- Is data-aware and able to turn HR data into practical actions
- Has around 1-5 years of relevant HR experience. Fresh graduates with meaningful HR internship experience may also be considered!
- Required: Prior night-shift experience or experience supporting US/global stakeholders
