As a Technical Program Manager, you will lead and manage projects and programs involving both software development and infrastructure. You will be responsible for overseeing multiple pieces of work simultaneously, ensuring successful planning, tracking, risk management, and issue resolution. Working independently or as part of a team, your key duties will include identifying necessary resources, developing schedules to ensure timely project completion, and effectively communicating status and issues to both the team and management.Additionally, you will actively work to mitigate risks and resolve issues while coordinating efforts with other teams and programs. Specific to individual programs, duties may also include running the roadmap, coordinating stakeholders, and partnering closely with engineering, while maintaining hands-on fluency with the application and its technical direction.
What You’ll Do:
Independently manage the day-to-day operational and tactical aspects of multiple executive level enterprise programs
Develop project deliverables including project plans, schedules, and status reports
Prepare program documents including program roadmaps, plan, scope, schedules and established program governance
Implement engagement review and quality assurance procedures and participate in the creation/execution of project work plans to ensure successful execution of programs as measured by goals & customer satisfaction
Minimize our exposure and risk across multiple projects. Conduct risk monitoring and controls during a project's duration to ensure ability to achieve expected outcomes, on time and in budget
End-to-end ownership of delivery: roadmap, prioritization, release cadence, and adoption
Enforce standard policies and procedures
Act as a thought partner with program stakeholders across business units
Work collaboratively with stakeholders to prioritize and find mutually beneficial outcomes for the business
What You’ll Bring:
5+ years working independently to deliver enterprise technology projects within complex organizations
Experience working closely with executive stakeholders
Ability to anticipate and address issues openly and quickly
Ensure that sensitive information is always tactfully communicated
Change management skills and experience
Passion, perspective, and empathy for unblocking business, product & engineering teams working to achieve their goals
Ability to provide executive level communication of program and project status to team and business owners; ensuring stakeholders understand risks, issues and activities related to the program
This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting. Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location.
