Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for providing full spectrum of professional secretarial and administrative support including, but not limited to, managing executive calendar, agenda of meetings and events, as well as preparing business reports and correspondences for the department head
Coordinate between departments and operating units in resolving day-to-day administrative and operational issues
Manage the Division head’s calendar and meetings schedule, as well as preparing meeting minutes, meeting notes and internal support materials
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence and manage filing and record-keeping systems
Order and manage inventory levels of office supplies, communication devices, and office keys. Initiate applications for access to gates & internal systems
Prioritize, review and process all new and existing credit applications referred by the respective marketing executives/branch offices and executive management
Conduct Central Credit checks, background/business searches and wealth assessment reports
Gather patrons’ credit and gaming details provided by other Casinos’ credit departments via phone calls or emails and input obtained details in CTA
Check if patron is included in DICJ Blacklist or UN Sanction List
Advise management on any adverse credit history or negative information collected on a patron requesting credit
Prepare and submit “This Trip Only” (TTO) standard approval emails covering TTO terms, credit, gaming, and business information for managements review
Job Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years’ secretarial experience, preferably in the hospitality industry and at least 2 years’ experience in casino industry or banking experience
Bachelor's Degree or above
Good command of English and Chinese
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications & databases
With excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Must have excellent organizational and telephone skills and be able to work in a fast-paced, busy environment. Possess the proper mental attitude with the ability to deal effectively with guests, management, employees, and outside contacts while working under pressure and meeting deadlines with attention to details
Must be flexible, with the ability to work some evenings, weekends and holidays
