This internship is a full-time commitment in the Anaheim, CA area from August 2027 – December 2027 OR May 2027 – December 2027 dependent on the business needs.
What You Will Do
- Conduct Industrial Engineering analysis projects, particularly in operational planning support, workload planning and forecasting, capacity utilization, and efficiency/process improvements
- Ensure the appropriate methodology, measurements, tools and quantitative techniques (e.g. data collection, computer simulation, statistics, process flow analysis, etc.) are applied in projects
- Lead and participate in team efforts and work on projects which require interfacing with all levels of cast and management
Required Qualifications & Skills
These are the minimum qualifications you need to be considered for this position:
- Proven strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proven strong interpersonal skills
- Proven strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Willingness to learn new software application
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior related work experience with a focus on problem-solving
Education
- Currently enrolled in an Industrial Engineering program with an intended graduation date on or after December 2027
- Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher (please note: no rounding) – transcript submission is required
Eligibility Requirements & Program Information
Candidates for this opportunity MUST meet all the requirements below:
- Be enrolled in an accredited college/university pursuing a degree taking at least one class at time of application posting OR currently participating in a Disney College Program or Disney Internship
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Possess unrestricted work authorization
- Have not completed one year of continual employment on a Disney internship or Disney College Program
Additional Information
- Able to have a consistent, reliable work schedule throughout the internship
- Fully available Monday – Friday and occasional evenings and/or weekends depending on project needs for the duration of the internship, 40 hours each week
- Able to provide own housing for the duration internship program in the Anaheim, CA area
- Able to provide reliable transportation to/from work and across Disneyland property for on-site projects
- Be compliant with The Disney Look appearance guidelines while at work

The pay rate for this role in California is $32.00 per hour.
