Senior consultants with 6 - 10 years of attribution modelling experience to lead studies end to end, starting from data discovery/collection till final client presentations. 

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Lead client conversations at each and every step of an attribution study.
• Conduct regular connects with client stakeholders to review data collection status, EDA, model outputs and insights.
• Translate business requirements into an analytical roadmap.
• Ensure quality and timelines for deliverables, adhering to best practices.
• Manage solution development/delivery along with the team.
• Should be willing to work directly on models if the need arises.
• Translate model outputs into business insights.
• Own preparing client presentations along with the team and delivering final results presentations to the client.

Mandatory skills:

• Good hold on attribution models and client consulting end-to-end.
• Should have played both roles in the past i.e. should have worked on building models as well as should have worked on making and delivering client presentations.
• Basic Python knowledge is an added advantage.
• Excel to summarise data and model outputs.
• PowerPoint to create and share data & model insights.
• Excellent communication and team management skills.
