POSITION SUMMARY:
World Relief Corporation has been working in Haiti since 1993, and current programs include Food Security and Food Assistance, Agriculture and Livelihoods, Protection and SGBV, Peacebuilding, youth Economic Empowerment and integrated “Integral Mission” programs with churches and church networks. Programs aim to provide relief and recovery to conflict-affected populations, as well as to increase capacities of local populations. The purpose of the Director of Programs (DoP) position is to work alongside the Country Director in providing strategic leadership to the Country Office Teams, and to actively participate in the Senior Leadership and Management Team decision-making process. The DoP will play a key role in external representation and networking with donors, other INGO key government departments and line ministries, and collaborate with internal support departments (Finance, HR, logistics, procurement). This role will seek to fulfill the Mission Statement of World Relief in Haiti.
