How you'll make an impact in this role
Architect Identity Lifecycle Workflows: Design, implement, and maintain automated Joiner/Mover/Leaver (JML) event flows, access request pipelines, and automated recertification campaigns within enterprise IGA platforms.
Lead Risk & Compliance Assurance: Execute internal/external IAM control audits, conduct continuous monitoring, compile technical workpapers, and formulate risk mitigation strategies to enforce zero-trust and ITIL standards across healthcare environments.
Bridge Business & Technical Architectures: Translate complex business access requirements into granular functional specifications, role-based access control (RBAC) models, and development stories for IAM engineering teams using Agile methodologies.
Resolve High-Tier Identity Incidents: Perform advanced root-cause analysis on complex identity, authentication, and authorization failures while maintaining accurate operational documentation and providing tier-3 escalation support.
What minimum qualifications you'll need
Education:
- High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
What additional requirements you'll need
Healthcare IAM Governance: Deep expertise navigating HIPAA, HITRUST, or PCI-DSS regulatory compliance requirements within a large-scale healthcare ecosystem.
Agile Leadership: Proven experience leading cross-functional project teams as a Scrum Master or Technical Lead using Agile/Kanban frameworks.
Scripting & Automation: Hands-on experience leveraging PowerShell, Python, or REST APIs to automate directory services administration and custom IAM integrations.
