Description

Are you detail-oriented, analytical, and energized by keeping things running smoothly? Join our team as an Accounting Representative | Accounts Receivable, where you'll play an essential role in supporting our financial operations and ensuring compliance with the Lifeline program.
In this position, you'll work across accounting, cash management, and regulatory reporting while partnering with teams throughout the organization. The normal hours for this position are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, with occasional after hours and weekend duty.
What You'll Do
- Reconcile daily customer payments, deposits, and cash transactions to ensure accuracy.
- Manage Lifeline program administration, compliance activities, reporting, and audit support.
- Monitor and analyze financial transactions while maintaining accurate records.
- Process journal entries and assist with account reconciliations.
- Research and resolve discrepancies, identifying solutions quickly and efficiently.
- Serve as a resource for internal teams regarding payment and cash receipt questions.
- Support administrative processes that help keep operations running smoothly.
- Contribute to a culture of safety, collaboration, innovation, and exceptional customer service.
What You'll Bring
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Accounting, banking, finance, or related experience preferred.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial transactions.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to prioritize multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency with computer applications and business systems.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Commitment to integrity, accuracy, and confidentiality.
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
Physical Requirements
- Sitting or standing for extended periods, walking, finger dexterity, feeling, repetitive motions, talking, hearing and visual acuity including close vision.
- Occasionally may be required to lift up to 20lbs.
- May be required occasionally to stoop, kneel or bend.
