Jabil is seeking a Demand Generation Marketing Manager who will own work in our St. Petersburg, FL location.
How will you make an impact?
As the Demand Generation Marketing Manager with Jabil, you will optimize our customer and lead generation programs. This position will play a key role in developing personalized campaigns—primarily via email—and leveraging other channels to drive long-term relationships, engagement, and conversion.
You will design, execute, and optimize demand generation campaigns to engage leads and customers at different stages of the buyer’s journey. The role will focus on creating compelling email marketing programs, managing customer lifecycle stages, and exploring multi-channel strategies to enhance engagement. This individual will work closely with sales, business unit leaders, Content Marketing, Digital Marketing and other stakeholders to deliver personalized and value-driven messaging to prospects and existing customers.
What will you do?
Email Marketing Campaigns: Design, develop, and manage automated email campaigns that nurture leads and customers, focusing on personalized messaging to increase engagement and conversions.
Customer Journey Mapping: Create and optimize segmented email lists and workflows based on buyer personas, ensuring personalized content delivery at each stage of the customer journey.
Cross-Channel Demand Generation: Implement programs across other relevant channels, such as telephone, SMS, and WhatsApp, to ensure a cohesive experience across touchpoints and continuity throughout the marketing calendar.
HubSpot Marketing Operations: Own the day-to-day management and optimization of HubSpot marketing operations, including lists, segmentation, workflows, automation, lifecycle stages, lead scoring, campaign tracking, data quality, and reporting.
Lead Management and Sales Alignment: Develop and manage processes for lead qualification, routing, sales handoff, follow-up, recycling, and re-engagement. Partner with Sales to ensure lead statuses and outcomes are consistently maintained and communicated.
SDR Leadership: Manage and support the pre-sales and SDR function, including outreach priorities, lead follow-up, performance expectations, campaign alignment, and feedback between Marketing and Sales.
Analytics & Performance: Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversions) to continuously improve campaigns and refine segmentation strategies.
Conversion Optimization: Conduct A/B testing on email content, subject lines, designs, and call-to-actions to identify the most effective approaches for lead engagement.
Opportunistic Targeting: Utilize trending topics, news, and/or global events to create timely engagements that resonate with target audience.
Content Collaboration: Collaboration: Partner with the Content Marketing Manager to translate approved messaging, campaign narratives, content themes, and brand positioning into audience-specific nurture emails, subject lines, calls to action, and supporting campaign assets.
Lead Scoring & Qualification: Collaborate with the sales team to refine lead scoring models and ensure that nurturing efforts prioritize high-potential leads.
Continuous Engagement: Ensure content and nurturing program also continuously engages with existing customers create business expansion opportunities for the sales team.

How will you get here?
Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Advertising, Business Administration, or a similar related field is required OR a combination of education, experience and/or training.
At least 5 years of hands-on experience in email marketing, lead nurturing, or customer lifecycle marketing, ideally in a B2B or Services environment.
Proven experience in email campaign management, CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot), and marketing automation platforms.
Expertise in multi-channel demand generation strategies
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Strong writing skills for email copy, subject lines, and Call to Actions.
Ability to interpret campaign performance data and turn insights into actionable improvements
Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
Ability to adapt complex and inter-related concepts to storytelling tactics for customer understanding.
Proven skills in email marketing tools and analytics platforms.
Provide decision maker reporting on effectiveness and quality of past efforts and solicit feedback for future actions.
Utilize the acquired feedback to develop recommendations and provide input in the budgeting and planning process.
Proven ability as an articulate and persuasive communicator with strong verbal & written communication skills.
Proven track record of teaming with sales organizations and adding value to the sales process.
Strong relationship-building and relationship management skills.
Demonstrated initiative, follow-through, and problem-solving ability.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume, and often ambiguous/fast-changing environment.
Team-oriented individuals with proven ability to manage multiple projects at once.
Strategic / conceptual person who understands the entire marketing mix and how to employ these marketing levers in a professional service organization.
