Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:15am–3:45pm (no weekends)
Pay Range: $22–$24/hr (higher for strong experience)
Experience Required: 1–3 years
Certification: CMA/RMA/CCMA preferred
Bilingual: Not required, beneficial
About the Role
We’re seeking a reliable, detail‑oriented Medical Assistant III to support our primary care clinic. This advanced MA role focuses on clinical support, documentation quality, patient flow, and care team coordination. You’ll work independently on more complex tasks, support providers, and help maintain smooth daily operations in a fast‑paced ambulatory care setting.
This position is ideal for someone with strong primary care experience, excellent work ethic, and confidence managing advanced MA responsibilities
How will you make an impact & Requirements
A Day in the Life
Perform advanced rooming, intake, documentation, specimen handling, and point‑of‑care testing
Support providers during exams, procedures, treatments, and care coordination
Review schedules, care gaps, and visit prep needs to ensure readiness
Assist with quality gap closure, patient outreach, workflow pilots, and care team initiatives
Resolve routine workflow, documentation, supply, and patient‑flow issues
Provide guidance and support to less experienced MAs
Maintain accurate documentation, infection control, supply readiness, and compliance
Work independently on recurring clinic deliverables within established protocols
High school diploma or equivalent
3–5 years of MA experience
Advanced knowledge of ambulatory workflows, rooming, documentation, and care coordination
Experience with EHR systems and clinical tasking workflows
Strong problem‑solving, communication, and prioritization skills
Reliable, timely, detail‑oriented, and able to work independently
BLS certification preferred
Certification (CMA/RMA/CCMA) preferred

Primary care experience
Strong multitasking abilities in a fast‑paced clinic
Comfort supporting multiple providers and high patient volume
Team‑player mindset with excellent patient communication
Familiarity with population health tools and quality workflows
Ability to guide peers and support clinic consistency
