CNC Produktionstechnologe (m/w/d)

Ihre Aufgaben:

• Analyse, Entwicklung und Optimierung von neuen sowie bestehenden CNC-Produktionsprozessen und Technologien
• Selbständiges CNC- & CAD/CAM-Programmieren (Fanuc / SolidCAM) neuer Produkte
• Einrichten der CNC-Drehautomaten zur Fertigung von Entwicklungsteilen sowie Mustern
• Ermittlung von optimalen Prozessparametern und Schaffen von Standards
• Mitarbeit bei Produktentwicklungsprojekten
• Bewertung und Abklärung von technischen Zeichnungen bzgl. Machbarkeit
• Erstellung der Dokumentation zu den CNC-Programmen, Werkstücke und Anlagen
• Support der CNC-Fertigung

Ihr Profil:

• Sie verfügen über eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Zerspanungsmechaniker (m/w/d), CNC-Fachkraft (m/w/d) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation sowie einer Zusatzqualifikation, bspw. zum Techniker oder Produktionstechnologen (m/w/d)
• Sie bringen Expertenwissen im Bereich der Zerspanungstechnik, idealerweise der Langdrehtechnik mit und haben fundierte Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Mess- und Prüfmitteln, Fertigungs-Statistik sowie der Auswahl von Fertigungstechnologien
• Mehrjährige Erfahrung im CNC-Programmieren sowie Einrichten von CNC-Drehautomaten, idealerweise Langdrehern der Steuerung Fanuc sind von Vorteil
• Ihre selbständige, gewissenhafte und innovative Arbeitsweise sowie Ihr Qualitätsbewusstsein bringen Sie in unserem kooperativen Team mit ein
• Auch in Stress-Situationen verlieren Sie nicht den Überblick
