Position Overview

Alliance RV is hiring an experienced NetSuite Administrator to manage day-to-day operations, configuration, and optimization of our NetSuite environment. You will serve as the primary NetSuite contact, with responsibility for user access and roles, saved searches and reporting, workflow configuration, release management, and continuous improvement. This is an onsite position located in Elkhart, IN.

Core Responsibilities

  • System Maintenance: Manage users, roles, permissions, access reviews, security settings, and general company system preferences.
  • Customization & Workflow: Build and update custom fields, forms, records, dashboards, and business automation workflows.
  • Data & Reporting: Maintain data integrity through imports, mass updates, cleansing, and master data controls. Create and maintain saved searches and custom reports.
  • Support & Training: Troubleshoot user errors, resolve system issues, and provide training to cross-functional departments. Maintain documentation of system configurations, customizations, workflows, and process notes.
  • Release Management & Continuous Improvement: Manage sandbox environments, including refresh scheduling and post-refresh configuration, oversee the testing, preparation, and deployment of NetSuite’s twice-yearly release upgrades. Proactively monitor system performance and recommend enhancements to support evolving business needs.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of hands-on NetSuite administration experience.
  • Strong knowledge of NetSuite modules (e.g., Financials, Inventory, WMS), workflows, saved searches, and reports.
  • Ability to translate business needs into NetSuite configuration without over-customizing.
  • Strong attention to detail, especially around data quality and access control.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills with both technical and non-technical users.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with NetSuite in a manufacturing environment.
  • Ability to read, debug, and safely deploy existing SuiteScript customizations.
  • Active NetSuite Certified Administrator or SuiteFoundation certification.
