· Experience troubleshooting manufacturing processes, equipment issues, product holds, and operational workflow disruptions.
· Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
· Proficiency with computer-based manufacturing systems, Microsoft Office applications, and data analysis tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
· 3+ years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing, high-volume production, engineering support, or a related technical environment.
· Experience supporting semiconductor operations, test, assembly, burn-in, quality, or manufacturing execution systems.
· Working knowledge of UNIX/Linux-based systems, factory automation platforms, and manufacturing reporting tools.
· Experience conducting failure analysis, supporting equipment recovery activities, and leading continuous improvement projects.
