About the Position:

The Warehouse & Production Support Associate is a cross-functional role supporting MiiR’s Laser Loft, Print Palace, and Marysville Distribution Center teams. This position moves fluidly between order fulfillment, custom engraving/print support, and distribution center operations, helping ensure orders are pulled, produced, packed, and shipped accurately and on time. This role is well suited to someone who is comfortable switching between tasks, working independently, and staying ahead of deadlines in a fast-paced warehouse and production environment.

Responsibilities:

Order Fulfillment & Warehouse Support (Laser Loft / Marysville DC)

  • Unpack incoming orders onto carts and stage for processing
  • Pull inventory from the warehouse floor to fill orders
  • Organize and restock orders and inventory on shelves and warehouse locations
  • Assist with order packaging and shipping for direct-to-customer, wholesale, print inventory transfers, and donation orders (LTL and small parcel)
  • Assist in loading and unloading containers, including staging, wrapping, storing, and inventorying incoming freight
  • Perform miscellaneous warehouse cleaning, including garbage/recycling removal and sweeping, to maintain a clean and organized space

Print & Production Support (Print Palace)

  • Provide general support to the print department, including additional tasks assigned based on experience and ability
  • Operate PCs, web browsers, and other standard office/production devices as needed for order processing
  • Work safely and comfortably around solvents, inks, and other print-related materials
  • Follow written and verbal instructions closely, escalating questions when needed
  • Manage repetitive production tasks while maintaining accuracy and consistent pace
  • Stay on task and ahead of order due dates, flagging potential delays proactively

Cross-Departmental Coordination

  • Communicate warehouse and production status updates to relevant company departments
  • Manage multiple concurrent tasks across departments and prioritize effectively based on shifting deadlines
  • Work independently on routine tasks while collaborating closely with supervisors and teammates on priorities

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Able to lift up to 35 lbs regularly
  • Able to stand and be on your feet for extended periods
  • Comfortable working in a warehouse environment, including exposure to solvents, inks, and varying temperatures
  • Basic computer literacy — comfortable using a PC, web browser, and standard office/warehouse software
  • Comfortable performing repetitive tasks with consistent quality and speed
  • Strong time-management skills with the ability to stay ahead of due dates
  • Ability to follow instructions closely and also work independently without constant supervision
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious

Preferred Experience:

  • Prior experience in a warehouse, distribution center, or print/production environment
  • Experience with inventory systems, pick/pack processes, or shipping software
  • Forklift or pallet jack certification (or willingness to obtain)

Core Benefits

  • 100% employer-paid medical, dental, and vision insurance for eligible employees
  • 401(k) with company match
  • Generous paid parental leave
  • Flexible time off policy
  • Monthly cell phone stipend

Work-Life Perks

  • Hybrid work environment with flexibility and trust
  • Discounts on MiiR products + pro deals with top outdoor brands
  • Work with a Certified B Corp committed to sustainability, community impact, and thoughtful growth

At MiiR, we strive to offer competitive, equitable compensation paired with meaningful benefits, flexibility, and a mission-driven culture. Our pay ranges are thoughtfully benchmarked to reflect our size, stage, and values as an independently owned, Certified B Corporation.

The starting pay for this position is $22.00 per hour. This role is scheduled to work Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM.
