COMPANY DESCRIPTION
At Homebot, we believe that every team member has an important role to play in bringing our mission statement to life. We do this by keeping a clear focus on culture and engagement and creating an environment where people are valued. Homebot is a Homeownership Platform for Lenders, Real Estate & Insurance Agents that drives client retention and referrals. Homebot helps homeowners and homebuyers build wealth through homeownership. Our customers include mortgage lenders, real estate agents, banks, credit unions, loan servicers, insurance agencies, and title companies.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Homebot is looking for a Mid-Market Account Executive to own a defined territory of primarily greenfield mortgage-lender accounts, managing the full buying process from prospecting and discovery through demonstration, negotiation, and close. You will operate as a trusted advisor, translating Homebot's value into clear business outcomes for prospective customers, and will bring a disciplined, high-velocity approach to pipeline management, forecasting, and CRM execution.
You’re Excited About This Opportunity Because You Will:
- Own the full sales cycle for an assigned portfolio of mid-market accounts, from initial outreach through close.
- Build new pipeline through disciplined outbound prospecting while converting inbound opportunities.
- Lead consultative discovery and tailored demonstrations that connect Homebot's platform to the priorities of mortgage-lender prospects.
- Develop territory and account plans that prioritize the highest-potential opportunities within a largely greenfield market.
- Manage pricing discussions, objections, negotiations, and next steps to move qualified opportunities efficiently through the funnel.
- Maintain accurate opportunity data, activity history, next steps, and forecasts in Salesforce.
- Use Gong, Common Room, ZoomInfo, and related sales tools to improve account research, outreach, deal execution, and learning.
- Share market and prospect feedback with sales leadership and cross-functional partners to strengthen messaging and go-to-market execution.
- You’ll get to explore and apply AI tools in your day-to-day work, finding new ways to simplify tasks, accelerate outcomes, and elevate your effectiveness.
We’re Excited About You Because:
- You bring 5+ years of sales experience, including a demonstrated record of closing net-new SaaS business.
- You have a hunter mentality and are energized by building pipeline in a largely greenfield territory without dedicated SDR support.
- You have experience selling into larger, more complex accounts, and can build the business case needed to move upmarket over time.
- You have consistently achieved or exceeded quota and can describe the sales habits and process that drove your results.
- You use a consultative approach, listen actively, ask strong questions, and communicate business value clearly to decision-makers.
- You are highly organized and maintain excellent CRM hygiene, pipeline discipline, and forecast accuracy.
- You learn products and markets quickly and can tailor your message to different customer needs
- You are comfortable using Salesforce and modern sales tools; experience with Gong, Common Room, or ZoomInfo is helpful.
- You are comfortable using modern AI tools to increase your productivity, including summarizing information, drafting and refining content, analyzing data patterns, and supporting decision-making in your day-to-day work.
- You apply strong critical thinking when working with AI-generated output. You know how to check for accuracy, identify bias or gaps, and validate results before relying on them.
- You possess a proactive, solution-oriented, problem-solving mindset -- “I’ll figure it out.”
- You thrive in a small, growing, fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
