- Maintain and distribute standard Salesforce reports and dashboards to provide operational visibility (non-analytics, non‑predictive).
This scope directly aligns with known CRM health challenges and ongoing cleanup initiatives documented in Sales Operations priorities.
2\. Sales Help Desk & Frontline Support (Shared Responsibility)
This role provides tier‑1 and tier‑2 support for Sales in partnership with the Sales Operations Manager.
- Act as a first point of contact for Sales-related operational questions and issues, particularly during U.S. off-hours.

- Triage incoming issues and determine whether they can be resolved operationally or require escalation.
- Document issues clearly and escalate to the Sales Operations Manager or IT with strong business context.
- Maintain FAQs, internal documentation, and repeatable guidance to reduce recurring help desk volume.
