YOUR CHALLENGE

• Representation of Product Control as part of the replacement programme of the Swiss host (core banking) platform: Ensuring the Product Control related business requirements are accurately represented and configured in the target core banking system

• Impact Assessment Product Control: Gathering of business requirements for Product Control applications (SAP and GTMatch-based) resulting from the core banking and markets / new risk management system implementation

• Data Analysis: Collect, analyse, and interpret business data requirements for the Product Control domain

• Solution Development: Collaborate with IT teams to design, implement, and test solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder expectations

• Change Management: Support organisational change by communicating and syndication changes to stakeholders

• Test Management: Managing the testing activities for the Product Control function across SIT, UAT and dress rehearsal incl. support of test case creation and defect management

YOUR PROFILE

• Experience in large scale transformation programmes in the banking industry

• Strong experience in Product Control and banking operations in particular regarding finance system’s integration with upstream applications such as trading platforms (Front Arena or Murex is a plus) and downstream applications such as core banking or reconciliation tools

• Solid understanding of processes and requirements regarding P&L generation, valuation adjustments as well as bank-wide front to back reconciliations

• Hands-on experience in supporting the end-to-end testing as part of a large scale transformation programme as well as knowledge of the various testing types - SIT, UAT, regression, and end-to-end integration testing 

• Solid understanding of financial products and services (e.g. Structured or OTC products, Exchange-traded Derivatives) and their process-wise interplay with Operations, Markets and Finance

• Hands-on and delivery focussed

• Fluency in English; German skills are beneficial
