In this role you will be working as an Architectural Millwork & Casework Engineer for a client that is in the building materials manufacturing industry. This role is responsible for design/drafting for projects, preparing assembly/manufacturing drawings and managing CAD data to guide production and installation.
This is a direct hire role that must be performed on-site.
Job Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience with Autocad
- Cabinet Vision is a plus
- 3+ years of experience in reading and interpreting architectural and/or plans and specifications to produce shop drawings
- Experience with commercial millwork and casework detailing and drafting
- AWI insdustry standard knowledge
- Understanding of woodworking, CNC, Edge banding, doweling, and clamps
- Ability to create shop drawings
- Experience creating Bill of Materials , cut lists, and G code for machiniery
