Robards 1st (A) Shift Shipping Lead, Wed - Sat 9:10AM-7:50PM

Job Details:

Pay:$19.35 plus $2 perfect attendance incentive

Work Scheduled: Wed-Sat, 9:10AM - 07:50PM

Job Responsibilities:

Ensure department runs safe and efficient

Ensure good housekeeping is maintained

Fill in for absent Team Members

Assist supervisor in all areas of the department

Any other duties as assigned by Supervisor

Job Requirements:

Follow all safety policies at all times

Cannot have any corrective actions actively in file (6 months)

Must maintain "6.5" points or less

Demonstrate good communication skills, wok well with others, and have a positive attitude.

Basic Knowledge of shipping area and procedures

Be able to efficiently perform all jobs in shipping

Able to work in extremely cold and wet environment

Good math and reading skills

Basic computer skills

Periodic bending, turning, pulling, twisting and lifting up to 70 pounds

Able to effectively monitor all shipping areas throughout the shift

Licensed driver on jack and forklift (training supplied)

Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends if necessary

Must meet all required hygiene and safety procedures at all times

Must have good attendance

Any other duties as assigned by Manager

**Must possess skills to complete Tyson paperwork

**Must be able to read invoices, packing slips, records of materials, etc.

Requirements:

Must have 3 months of work history with one employer listed on the application.

Prefer 3 months of forklift operator experience.

Rehire Consideration:

Location does not consider rehires.
