Start your career at a Fortune 100 food company, inside the plant accounting team at Dakota City, our multi-billion dollar flagship beef complex. This isn't a coffee-run internship: you'll get real exposure to the financial mechanics that keep one of the largest beef operations in the country running, supporting cattle payments, payroll, and the yield and cost analysis that plant leadership uses to make daily decisions.

- Assist with plant payroll: data entry, validation, and reconciliation for hourly and salaried team members
- Support yield and costing analysis: help translate daily yield data into plant financial performance, tracking actual vs. standard yield and flagging cost variances
- Help prepare weekly and monthly plant financial reporting and KPI packages for plant leadership
- Apply problem-solving skills to research and resolve financial, payroll, and reporting discrepancies
- Collaborate across live cattle, operations, HR, and plant leadership to support accurate, timely reporting
