Description
Redlands Healthcare Center is a 78-bed skilled nursing facility located in Redlands, near Redlands Community Hospital. "Serve more people, touch more lives" is our pledge and promise. PAY: From $45-52 per hour + / DOE
What You'll Do:
Provide comprehensive physical therapy services to residents, utilizing evidence-based practices to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each resident's needs and goals.
Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, including occupational therapists, speech therapists, and nursing staff, to provide holistic care.
Ensure successful financial outcomes by managing resources effectively and maintaining compliance with billing and reimbursement requirements.
Mentor and supervise therapy staff, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Participate in program development and quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care services.
What We're Looking For:
Current California license as a Physical Therapist (PT).
Previous experience in a skilled nursing or rehabilitation setting preferred.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Passionate about providing high-quality patient care and achieving successful financial outcomes.
