Description

Porsche Tacoma is looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead our pre-owned luxury sales operation. This is an opportunity for a proven automotive sales leader to take ownership of inventory, sales performance, profitability, and team development while representing one of the world's most recognized automotive brands.

What You'll Do

• Lead the day-to-day operation of the Porsche Tacoma pre-owned sales department.      
• Drive sales volume, gross profit, inventory turn, and customer satisfaction. 
• Acquire, appraise, price, and merchandise quality pre-owned inventory. 
• Monitor inventory age, market conditions, and competitive pricing. 
• Desk deals, assist with negotiations, and support the sales team in structuring profitable transactions. 
• Coach and develop sales professionals while maintaining accountability for performance. 
• Partner with Finance and Fixed Operations to deliver a seamless customer experience. 
• Use sales and inventory data to make informed business decisions. 

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of automotive sales management experience, preferably in a luxury or high-line dealership. 
• Proven experience with pre-owned inventory, including acquisition, appraisal, pricing, merchandising, and inventory turn. 
• Strong desking, negotiation, deal-structuring, and gross-profit skills. 
• Demonstrated ability to coach, develop, and hold sales professionals accountable. 
• Strong understanding of dealership sales and inventory metrics. 
• Experience with DMS, CRM, and inventory management tools such as vAuto. 
• Porsche or other luxury-brand experience strongly preferred.

Requirements

• Porsche experience is highly preferred; experience with brands such as Mercedes-Benz, BMW, Audi, Lexus, Jaguar Land Rover, Maserati, Bentley, Ferrari, Lamborghini, Aston Martin, or similar luxury manufacturers is also highly valued.
• Experience managing a high-volume luxury pre-owned operation with strong acquisition and appraisal skills.
