Job Description

As a Security Officer Full Time Entry Permissions in Mabelvale, AR, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. As an Access Control Officer at a logistics and distribution location, you will help maintain a secure environment by managing entry points, verifying credentials, monitoring access activity, and communicating professionally with employees, visitors, and drivers. You will support routine patrols, remain visible to help deter incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to drivers, visitors, and personnel at a logistics and distribution location while carrying out site-specific access-control procedures and security-related policies.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify authorized access credentials, and document visitor, contractor, and vehicle activity in accordance with site requirements.
• Respond to access-related incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns according to established procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of access points, trailer yards, loading areas, and the business perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Maintain accurate daily activity reports, incident documentation, and access-control records while communicating relevant information to site leadership and Allied Universal management.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
