Dear CRM Lifecycle & Delivery Managers,

 

We are currently looking for multiple CRM Lifecycle & Delivery Managers for one of the leading digital agencies in Dubai. The position is based on-site in Dubai and runs for 3 months.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience with CRM marketing automation platforms, including Adobe Journey Optimizer, Adobe Experience Platform, and Adobe Campaign.
- Experience with journey configuration and orchestration across multi-channel CRM lifecycle campaigns.
- Experience with audience segmentation and targeting, including SQL-based audience extraction and segmentation.
- Knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud as an alternative or complementary CRM platform.
- Experience with end-to-end QA, A/B testing, and experimentation for CRM journey deployment.
