Work Schedule: 8 hours a day/ 5 days a week

Minimum Requirements (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities):

Minimum Knowledge

• Understanding of generative AI concepts, capabilities, and limitations.
• Familiarity with AI tools such as Microsoft 365 Copilot, ChatGPT, Gemini, or similar platforms.
• Knowledge of current business processes and how technology can improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Basic understanding of responsible AI principles, including data privacy, security, and ethical use.
• Awareness of change management fundamentals and technology adoption practices.

Minimum Skills

• Ability to identify business processes that can benefit from AI-enabled improvements.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
• Experience using AI tools to improve productivity, automate tasks, or enhance decision-making.
• Ability to write effective prompts and refine AI-generated outputs.
• Strong communication skills to explain AI concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to train, coach, or influence others in adopting new technologies.
• Data analysis and information synthesis skills.

• Ability to learn and adapt quickly as AI technologies evolve.

• Bachelors Degree

Compensation Details:

$150,000 - $200,000
