Maintenance Lead – Process & Packaging Machinery
Location: Pakistan
Contract Length: 20 Weeks
Start Date: ASAP
Rate: Competitive Hourly Rate
Contract Type: Short-Term Contract
The Role
We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Lead to join a 20-week project based in Pakistan. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on maintenance professional with strong experience working with process and packaging equipment.
The Maintenance Lead will take responsibility for supporting the maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of process and packaging machinery, helping to ensure equipment remains reliable and operational throughout the project.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support maintenance activities across process and packaging machinery.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical and/or electrical equipment faults.
- Carry out repairs and corrective maintenance on machinery and equipment.
- Identify equipment issues and work to minimise machinery downtime.
- Ensure maintenance activities are completed safely and efficiently.
- Provide hands-on technical support when required.
Candidate Requirements
The successful candidate will need:
- Strong experience working within maintenance, troubleshooting and repair.
- Demonstrable knowledge of process and packaging equipment.
- Previous experience maintaining machinery within a manufacturing, production or processing environment.
- Previous experience in a Maintenance Lead, Maintenance Supervisor, Senior Maintenance Engineer or similar position would be advantageous.
- Availability to mobilise to Pakistan ASAP for the 20-week assignment.
