Job Description

The Ecommerce Intern will gain hands-on experience supporting Rally House’s e-commerce and digital marketing operations. This role will contribute to website merchandising, SEO optimization, content updates, promotional campaigns, analytics, and other initiatives that support the online customer experience. The intern will work closely with the Marketing and Ecommerce teams while gaining exposure to tools such as Google Analytics and NetSuite. This role provides an opportunity to develop practical skills in digital marketing and ecommerce within a fast-growing retail organization.

Responsibilities

• Assist with SEO optimization, including keyword research, SEO copywriting, content optimization, and other strategies to improve website visibility and search rankings
• Support website merchandising by building landing pages, updating product placement and sort orders, adding banners, and maintaining promotional content
• Assist with ecommerce promotions by creating coupons, updating promotional content, and supporting marketing initiatives across the website
• Review and update digital content across websites, social media, and email campaigns to support traffic and brand awareness
• Pull and analyze reports using Google Analytics and NetSuite to identify trends, monitor performance, and support ecommerce decision-making
• Build and maintain NetSuite saved searches and other reports to support ecommerce and business needs
• Assist with ongoing website maintenance and optimization to ensure a user-friendly, accurate, and engaging online shopping experience

Skills and Knowledge

Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts, including SEO, website content, social media, email marketing, and ecommerce merchandising, Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace; familiarity with AI, Google Analytics, NetSuite, or other ecommerce and analytics platforms is a plus, Strong attention to detail and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines, Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

Qualifications

• Must be willing to work part-time in a Rally House store prior to starting the internship
• Currently enrolled at an accredited college or university and/or recent graduate with or pursuing a relevant degree (e.g. Business, Data Analytics, Marketing, etc.)
• Demonstrated desire to build a long-term career with Rally House

 

Physical Requirements

• Ability to operate a computer, keyboard, mouse, and other standard office equipment
• Able to clearly view and read information on a computer screen
• Occasionally lift or move items up to 15 pounds

Pay Range

$18.00 - $22.00
