Key Responsibilities

• Lead the Financial Applications Operations tower within Unified Operations, covering Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and related ISV platforms
• Provide operational leadership across Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Order-to-Cash (O2C), Record-to-Report (R2R), Fixed Assets, Tax & Treasury, Cash Management, Security and enterprise integrations
• Drive service delivery excellence across incidents, requests, problem management, audit support, and period-end business operations
• Own and govern operational relationships with ISV vendors, including issue coordination, escalation management, tracking and driving resolution to closure
• Partner closely with Finance, Engineering, and Shared Services teams to improve operational stability and business outcomes
• Establish operational governance, KPI frameworks, runbooks, knowledge management, and automation initiatives
• Drive operational transformation, process standardization, and proactive problem elimination across the financial applications landscape

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in enterprise applications, ERP operations, or technology service delivery leadership
• Strong expertise in Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and enterprise financial processes
• Experience leading large-scale application operations and Managed Services engagements
• Deep understanding of finance operations including R2R, P2P, O2C, Fixed Assets, Tax, Treasury, and integrations
• Experience managing ISV/vendor relationships for enterprise application environments
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and operational governance capabilities
• Experience driving operational excellence, ITSM maturity, and continuous improvement initiatives
• ITIL and/or ERP platform certifications preferred
