In our advanced  cleanroom environment, every detail count,  and your expertise will help shape the future,  one innovation at a time.  Are you in?  Your role Key responsibilities in your new role Develop and maintain state-of-the-art embedded non-volatile memory (NVM) technologies together with semiconductor foundries. Support both technology development and sustaining projects to ensure continuous innovation and operational excellence. Drive the development and execution of Infineon’s embedded non-volatile memory technology roadmap. Lead and contribute to initiatives focused on improving non-volatile memory performance, reliability, manufacturability, and scalability. Collaborate closely with cross-functional and international teams across R&D, manufacturing, and product development. Identify, analyze, and implement technology enhancements to meet future market and customer requirements. Your profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed  Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Semiconductor Technology, or a related field. Proven experience in the development of non-volatile memory technologies and devices. Strong understanding of semiconductor device physics and memory technology concepts. Experience and knowledge in RRAM (Resistive Random Access Memory) technology is highly desirable. Ability to work effectively in multinational and cross-functional teams. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach to technology development.
