Qualifications
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a cook or Commis.
- Culinary school diploma or professional cooking certification.
- Experience with mise en place and assisting during breakfast, lunch, and dinner service.
- Good understanding of HACCP, food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Good communication skills in English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Strong teamwork, attention to detail, discipline, and willingness to learn.
- Commitment to minimizing food waste and supporting sustainable kitchen practices.
