Position: Quality Assurance Specialist

Location: Oberndorf am Neckar, Germany

Type: Full-time

Tasks:

• Procurement and review of test plans and drawing documentation
• Documentation of the test procedure, specification of the available test equipment, and selection of the necessary special test equipment (e.g., special micrometers, gauges)
• Preparation of equipment (e.g., setup of the universal testing machine and assembly of components on the functional test bench)
• Conducting tests (e.g., functionality, dimensional checks, surface finish, geometric accuracy, material testing)
• Preparing regular test reports
• Evaluating the interaction of individual components and assemblies to ensure functionality
• Documenting results, identifying deviations, and replacing, labeling, and forwarding defective assemblies and devices
  

Requirements:

• Completed vocational training as an industrial mechanic (m/f/d) or comparable vocational training/qualification
• Initial professional experience in planning and preparing test procedures
• Knowledge of form and position tolerances, as well as the selection of equipment for measuring complex workpieces
• Good written and spoken German skills
• Willingness to work in a multi-shift system
• Strong teamwork and communication skills, as well as a solution-oriented and structured approach to work
