Position: Quality Assurance Specialist
Location: Oberndorf am Neckar, Germany

Tasks:
- Procurement and review of test plans and drawing documentation
- Documentation of the test procedure, specification of the available test equipment, and selection of the necessary special test equipment (e.g., special micrometers, gauges)
- Preparation of equipment (e.g., setup of the universal testing machine and assembly of components on the functional test bench)
- Conducting tests (e.g., functionality, dimensional checks, surface finish, geometric accuracy, material testing)
- Preparing regular test reports
- Evaluating the interaction of individual components and assemblies to ensure functionality
- Documenting results, identifying deviations, and replacing, labeling, and forwarding defective assemblies and devices
Requirements:
- Completed vocational training as an industrial mechanic (m/f/d) or comparable vocational training/qualification
- Initial professional experience in planning and preparing test procedures
- Knowledge of form and position tolerances, as well as the selection of equipment for measuring complex workpieces
- Good written and spoken German skills
- Willingness to work in a multi-shift system
- Strong teamwork and communication skills, as well as a solution-oriented and structured approach to work
