Description

Independently manage Amazon for five DTC wellness brands. Set strategy, optimize listings, own the P&L. War stories welcome.
$3-4k/month | Full-time | 4hr overlap MT

PaleoHacks is one of the largest wellness platforms online, dedicated to helping people live healthier lives through paleo and keto nutrition. From cookbooks and meal plans to recipes and practical tips, we've supported millions on their health journeys.
We're a remote-first company with a small, talented team of 16 full-time team members spread across the globe. With five growing brands under our umbrella, we're now doubling down on data because better reporting leads to better decisions and even bigger growth.
We’re looking for an Amazon Marketplace Manager to bring Amazon in-house after several years with an agency. You’ll independently manage every listing, case and storefront across all five brands. You’ll build the strategy with our CMO and execute it yourself. Our agency stays on for your first 30 days while you learn the accounts, then remains available as a consultant. But the accounts are yours to run, and you set the agenda.
About 70% of the job is keeping five accounts healthy: staying on top of cases and account health so no listing gets suppressed or deactivated. Most listings are already well reviewed and optimised. The other 30% is project work, planned one item at a time. New-product launches are deliberate, roughly one a quarter. By 90 days, success means a clean handover, no unmanaged account-health incidents and a weekly scorecard that runs without chasing. Within 12 months, every major listing should have a measured optimisation cycle and and the last three SKUs not yet in Transparency should be enrolled. Our 2027 Amazon revenue target is roughly $3.2M, up from $2.5M.
Start by auditing every listing, case and account-health item, setting your baseline scorecard and coming back with your recommended priorities. The handover includes rebuilding campaigns in our own accounts with the paid-media team, resolving an existing UPC/ASIN conflict, completing a new Transparency account and an OPR packaging transition, tackling an FBA capacity crunch and landing multipack launches. Detailed documentation, recordings and AI-generated briefs will support you.
Here is what you will own:
📈 Build the portfolio’s Amazon plan with our CEO, and later our CMO: per-brand priorities, pricing, promotions, Subscribe & Save and seasonal pushes aligned with each brand’s wider activity.
🛠️ Optimise copy, images, A+ content, keywords/SEO, flat files, variations, parentage and per-serving price display. Creative is produced with our marketing team. Keep a Manage Your Experiments test queued for every listing.
🧾 Resolve account-health issues, suppressed or blocked listings, ASIN and GS1/UPC conflicts, Brand Registry problems and compliance flags across five accounts. Case management is where you must be excellent.
🚀 Launch new listings when needed, including multipacks, bundles, pack-size changes and packaging transitions.
📦 Plan weekly FBA replenishment with our Supply Chain Lead using sell-through rates. Manage capacity, inbound shipments and case-pack templates, and evaluate MCF. Stockouts and overstocks are both your responsibility.
🛡️ Protect the brands through Transparency enrolments, code ordering, OPR transitions and action to keep resellers off the buy box.
📑 Maintain GMP certifications, COAs and testing documentation for supplement and food listings, staying ahead of Amazon policy changes.
🎯 Connect PPC and listing performance through keyword/search-term strategy, per-brand TACOS targets and ad-data feedback. Campaign execution may sit with our paid-media team; that split is being finalised. Hands-on campaign experience is a big plus. For the right person, the role can grow into full campaign ownership.
📊 Run the weekly Amazon scorecard and deliver monthly per-brand revenue, fee and ROI figures by the 7th for finance close.
This is a full-time, fully remote role requiring at least four hours of daily overlap within 8am to 2pm US Mountain Time, with flexibility for real life. There is one weekly video call; everything else is async in Slack
