## Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, solve issues and support software systems for manufacturing semiconductors; these systems schedule, track, manage and report on products produced at Worldwide Micron Fabs
• Work closely with customers to understand their needs and make suggestions to resolve production and process issues
• Collaborate on a world-wide scale in capturing and evaluating customers’ requirements and specifications
• Provide incident and problem management for MES systems
• Provide technical support to customers as needed for problem identification and resolution.
• Provide constant update and training to customers and support personnel on applications, tools, utilities and new features required to track the products and tools in the FAB
• Participate in testing of new software releases with all sites to enure smooth release of changes to production.
• Track and report indices to monitor systems performance and highlight abnormalities or make recommendations to improve the situation
• Establish and maintain effective relationships with customers, developers and infrastructure groups across all sites.
• Communicate timely status to the customers, team, and managers
• Participate in 24x7 on-call rotation

## Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in Computer Information Systems, Computer Science or Computer/Electrical/Electronic Engineering
• Experience in the following areas:

Developing and/or managing software applications

Database technologies (such as Microsoft SQL, Oracle or similar products), and in performance and tuning for database products

Linux, Unix and Windows environment

Good knowledge in Python, PowerShell, Power Automate, C#/C++ programming, Perl scripting, SQL, PL/SQL, Cloud or machine learn.

AI-related skills and experience.
