The Regional People Partner (RPP) Intern will support the RPP team with administrative tasks and sourcing candidates through various channels. Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the RPP team to understand hiring needs and develop innovative sourcing strategies to build strong talent pipelines.
- Assist in scheduling interviews and coordinating with candidates and hiring managers.
- Shadow recruitment screens and intake meetings to gain insights into interview planning and best practices.
- Manage job postings in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and on various career platforms.
- Support the recruitment process by handling administrative tasks, including background and reference checks.
