Summary:
As a Project Control Services Practitioner, a typical day involves managing and overseeing comprehensive project management tasks for assigned programs, projects, or contracted services. This role requires coordinating various activities within a globally distributed delivery environment, ensuring smooth execution and alignment with project goals. The practitioner actively engages with multiple stakeholders to monitor progress, address challenges, and maintain effective communication across teams to support successful project outcomes.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met within scope and timeline.
- Monitor project deliverables and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
- Assist in identifying risks and developing mitigation strategies to minimize project impact.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on project control processes.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Financial Consolidation and Close.
- Strong understanding of financial consolidation processes and close cycle management.
- Experience in managing project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation within financial systems.
- Ability to analyze financial data and generate accurate reports to support decision-making.
- Familiarity with global delivery models and coordinating across multiple time zones.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement in project control activities.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Oracle Financial Consolidation and Close.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
