What You’ll Do

We measure success through quality workmanship, efficient leadership, and high customer satisfaction. As a Crew Leader, you will:

• Lead the Groundwork: Direct and manage an on-site crew while operating equipment efficiently to deliver top-notch plumbing solutions.
• Operate Heavy Machinery: Safely use skid steers, backhoes, and excavators for residential and commercial excavation.
• Deliver Excellence: Complete every job with an absolute focus on safety, compliance, and high-quality results.
• Solve Problems: Partner with your team to navigate on-site challenges and deliver the best outcomes for our customers’ exterior plumbing needs.

Experience

• A valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) Class A (strictly required)
• 5 years of outside plumbing and/or plumbing is a must. 
• Proven excavation experience, including skillful operation of skid steers and backhoes
• Strong understanding of exterior plumbing systems and processes
• Exceptional teamwork abilities and a proven track record of leading a crew on-site
• The ability to work effectively and keep a great attitude in all weather conditions
• A goal-oriented, professional mindset with pride in efficiency and safety
